How do I order?
Add the product to the cart and place your order online. We call you to confirm the configuration, the final price and the delivery before anything is sent.
How can I pay?
By M-Pesa Paybill after we confirm your order, or in cash when you receive or collect it.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes. You can collect your order from our Nairobi shop for free, or we send it by courier to your town. Courier delivery costs KSh 1,000 and is free for orders over KSh 100,000. Large items may need a separate delivery quote.
Are the prices final?
Prices on the website are guide prices for each configuration. We confirm the final price with you by phone before you pay.
Which size do I need?
Add up the watts of the devices you want to run at the same time and choose a power station with a higher rated output. If you are not sure, tell us what you want to power and we will help you choose.
Can I return a product?
You can return an unused product in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving it. Contact us first with your order number.
